Si el 'Administrador' determina que el comportamiento legítimo del 'Usuario' viola los Términos o realiza una solicitud irrazonable basada en esto, comuníquese directamente con el 'Administrador' primero.
- Se informa al 'Usuario' que él/ella es el único responsable de cualquier problema o daño causado por la violación de los Términos.
Procesamiento y redistribución
- Permitimos que las personas procesen VB para uso general de la siguiente manera:
- Procesamiento con el fin de mejorar la calidad del sonido o el volumen del archivo WAV original antes de sintonizarlo.
- Funciones de eliminación de ruido como filtro de ruido/paso alto/paso bajo/ajuste de EQ.
- Ajustes de sonoridad como normalización, limitador, compresor, etc.
- Procesamiento que se puede realizar utilizando solo las funciones básicas del programa UTAU en el proceso de sintonización.
- Configuración de la bandera (pero absténgase del uso excesivo de la bandera g).

- Independientemente del uso previsto, queda prohibido el siguiente procesamiento:
- Procesamiento que cambia el timbre o tono del archivo WAV original.
- Procesamiento que requiere complementos, macros, etc. separados que no están incluidos en el programa UTAU durante el proceso de ajuste.
- Procesamiento que resulta en una clara pérdida de la individualidad de la VB durante el proceso de mezcla.
- La redistribución de VB está estrictamente prohibida, independientemente de si los archivos han sido modificados.

Usos especiales de 'VB distribuidos'

- Antes de utilizar comercialmente 'VB distribuidos', primero debe notificar al 'Administrador' y obtener permiso.
- El uso comercial de los 'VB distribuidos' solo es posible para asuntos autorizados por el 'Administrador'.
- El uso comercial de ilustraciones oficiales de 'VB distribuidos' está completamente prohibido.
- Uso religioso.

Kang-woo is a young adult brown striped hyena. He's a bit small by carnivore male standards.
Personality and background details:
- He's the type of person who would be bothered even by breathing, so he likes relaxing at home with a few books. However, he often laments that the world seems to be against him.

- The following Terms are common to all VBs produced and distributed by McGyber (@McGyber_SDVX_DR, the "Administrator") in the future (hereinafter "Distributed VBs"), including "Kang-woo JP VCV 1.0", the first produced and distributed by the "Admin".
- For VBs subject to different Terms than the following, the corresponding content will be specified separately.
- By using the 'Distributed VBs', the 'User' is considered to have agreed to the content of the Terms.
- If a 'User' is found to violate the Terms, the 'Administrator' may request that they take action such as modifying or deleting the post in the first instance.
- If the 'User' does not take the action requested by the 'Administrator' based on the violation, the 'Administrator' may take the following actions depending on the level of violation:
- Minor violation: file a report against the creation or post that violated the Terms.
- Major violations: file reports against accounts that posted content violating the Terms.
- Serious violations: legal action against the 'User' themself.

- 「利用者」が規約に違反していることが判明した場合、「管理者」はまず第一段階として、投稿の修正や削除などの対応を求めることがあります。
- 「利用者」が「管理者」から求められた対応を行わない場合、「管理者」は違反の程度に応じて以下の対応を取ることがあります：
- 軽微な違反：規約に違反した創作物・投稿に対する通報。
- 重大な違反：規約に違反する投稿を行ったアカウントに対する通報。
- 深刻な違反：「利用者」本人に対する法的措置。
「違反の程度」の判断基準は以下の通りです：
- 規約違反によって「管理者」が受けた物質的・精神的損害の程度。
- 規約違反によって「配布VB」のイメージが損なわれた程度。
- 行為そのものの違法性。
- 違反の持続性・反復性など。
「利用者」の正当な行為を「管理者」が規約違反と判断した場合、またはこれに基づき不当な要求を行った場合は、まず直接「管理者」にご連絡ください。
- 規約違反によって生じた問題や損害については、「利用者」自身が全責任を負うものとします。
加工および再配布について
- 一般利用を目的とした以下のVB加工を許可します：
- 調声前の元WAVファイルの音質・音量の改善を目的とした加工。
- ノイズフィルター／ハイパス／ローパス／EQ調整などのノイズ除去機能。
- ノーマライズ、リミッター、コンプレッサーなどのラウドネス調整。
- 調声中にUTAUプログラムの基本機能のみを使用して行える加工。
- フラグの設定（ただしgフラグの過度な使用は控えてください）。
- oto・frq設定ファイル、エイリアス等の改変。
- 先行発声・オーバーラップ、子音速度の調整。
- ミックス時にVBの個性が失われない範囲での加工。
※ミックス結果と元VBを比較して第三者が両者の声を同一と判別できない場合、「VBの個性が失われた」と判断されます。
- 使用目的にかかわらず、以下の加工は禁止です：
- 元WAVファイルの音色や音程を変更する加工。
- 調声中にUTAUプログラムに含まれない別途のプラグインやマクロ等を必要とする加工。
- ミックス時にVBの個性が明らかに失われる加工。
- ファイルの改変の有無にかかわらず、VBの再配布は固く禁止されています：
- 元VBの品質向上を目的として改変したoto.iniやfrqファイルを配布したい場合は、「管理者」までご連絡ください。
- VBを必要とする知人がいる場合は、公式サイトからダウンロードするよう案内してください。
- システムエラーにより公式サイトからVBをダウンロードできない場合は、「管理者」までご連絡ください。
二次創作物の制作・公開について
- 「配布VB」を使用して制作された二次創作物（以下「作品」）については、以下が全面的に許可されます：
- 「作品」については、以下の限定的な内容を許可します：
- 暴行・暴力行為：重大な場合は警告表示や未成年アクセス制限などの措置を講じる必要があり、ヘイトスピーチや傷害等の犯罪に関する内容は禁止です。
- 性的行為：重大な場合は警告表示や未成年アクセス制限などの措置を講じる必要があり、性的羞恥や性犯罪を助長する表現に関する内容は禁止です。
- 「作品」については、以下の直接的・間接的な表現が禁止されます：
- 薬物の製造・取引、吸引等に関連する行為。
- 賭博行為に関連する行為。
- 「児童・青少年保護法」に明確に違反する行為。
- その他、他者の権利を明確に侵害する行為。
- 以下の「作品」の制作を許可します：
- VBを使用した既存楽曲のカバー版。
- VBを使用したHANASU、トークロイド等の制作。
- 公式設定を用いた小説等の執筆。
- 公式設定およびキャラクター画像を用いたイラスト、漫画、動画等の制作。
- 「配布VB」以外のキャラクターを使用した二次創作物は、公式設定を損なわない限り全面的に許可されます：
- ただし、「作品」が「管理者」または他のキャラクター権利者の権利を明確に侵害する場合、投稿の修正や削除などの対応を求めることがあります。
- 規約を遵守した「作品」を公開する際は、使用したVB名を明記し、公式イラストを使用する場合はイラスト制作者も明記してください。
- 「作品」の公開場所や形式に制限はありません。
「配布VB」の特殊な利用について
- 商用利用。
- 「配布VB」を商用利用する前に、必ず「管理者」に通知し許可を得てください。
- 「配布VB」の商用利用は、「管理者」が許可した事項に限り可能です。
- 「配布VB」の公式イラストの商用利用は完全に禁止です。
- 宗教的利用。
- 主要・非主要宗教を問わず、特定の宗教との関連性を思わせる形での「配布VB」の使用は禁止です。
- ただし、日常生活で一般的に見られるもの（CCM、聖歌、冒涜表現等）や、ミーム性の強い楽曲については限定的な例外を認めます。
- 政治的利用。
- 扱うテーマの内容にかかわらず、「配布VB」が特定の政治的立場を取っているように見せる行為は一切禁止です。
- 規模や所属を問わず、特定の政党を擁護・中傷するために「配布VB」を使用することを禁止します。
- 社会的利用。
- 規模や性質を問わず、特定の社会組織を擁護・中傷するために「配布VB」を使用することを禁止します。
- 利用者の意図にかかわらず、特定の個人や団体への擁護・中傷とみなされうる行為を禁止します。
- AI利用。
- 「管理者」の同意なく「配布VB」のデータをAI学習に使用することは完全に禁止です。
- 「管理者」の同意なく既存のAIカバーサイトを使用し、「配布VB」に基づくカバーを生成することは完全に禁止です。
- 派生キャラクターの創作。
- 「配布VB」を基にした派生キャラクターの創作は完全に禁止です。
その他
- 著作権。
- 「配布VB」の一般的な著作権は「管理者」に帰属します。
- 「配布VB」の公式イラストの著作権は、そのイラストを制作したアーティストに帰属します。
- 「配布VB」の元WAVファイル、公式イラスト、公式設定等の盗用といった著作権侵害は完全に禁止です。
- 侵害行為を発見した場合は、直ちに「管理者」までご連絡ください。

강우（Kang-woo）是一款为语音合成软件「UTAU」正式发布的声库，于2023年12月23日推出。
目前拥有1个日语专用声库（VB），版本1.0，声音与制作均由McGyber担任，插画由Hans担任。

Kang-woo是一只棕色条纹的年轻成年鬣狗。以食肉类雄性的标准来说他体型偏小。
性格与背景资料:
- 他是那种连呼吸都会觉得烦躁的人，因此喜欢在家读几本书放松。不过他也常常感叹世界仿佛在与他作对。
- 他不喝咖啡，因为他对咖啡因极度敏感，早上喝一小罐咖啡就能让他一直清醒到半夜。在咖啡店时，他往往会点无咖啡因咖啡或冰茶，看哪个更便宜。
- 他工作日总是失眠，因为为了应对堆积如山的作业和报告，他每天早上都强迫自己喝咖啡。结果就是他周一时精神最好，越接近周末就越发迟钝。他的朋友们光凭视频中他走路的样子，就能判断出那是星期几拍的。
- 有一天，他想「如果累了，那不是应该多喝点咖啡吗？」于是他喝了更多咖啡，唤醒了一个全新的人格。他本人不记得这件事，但朋友们目睹了：他笑得更多，变得强壮，仿佛心脏里装了个发动机。也有传闻说他悄悄变高了，但那大概只是因为他的脊背挺直了而已。

基本事项
- 以下条款适用于「管理者」McGyber（@McGyber_SDVX_DR）今后制作并发布的所有声库（以下简称「已发布声库」），包括其首次制作并发布的「Kang-woo JP VCV 1.0」。
- 若某声库适用与以下条款不同的规定，将另行说明相应内容。
- 使用「已发布声库」即视为「使用者」已同意本条款内容。
- 若发现「使用者」违反本条款，「管理者」可首先要求其采取修改或删除发布内容等措施。
- 若「使用者」未按「管理者」的要求采取行动，「管理者」可根据违规程度采取以下措施：
- 轻微违规：对违反条款的创作或发布内容进行举报。
- 重大违规：对发布违规内容的账号进行举报。
- 严重违规：对「使用者」本人采取法律行动。
「违规程度」的判断标准如下：
- 因违反条款给「管理者」造成的物质／精神损害程度。
- 因违反条款对「已发布声库」形象造成的损害程度。
- 行为本身的违法性。
- 违规行为的持续性与反复性等。
若「管理者」认定「使用者」的合法行为违反条款，或据此提出不合理要求，请先直接与「管理者」联系。
- 请告知「使用者」，因违反条款所造成的任何问题或损害均由其本人自行承担全部责任。
关于加工与再分发
- 允许以下用于一般用途的声库加工：
- 在调声前对原始WAV文件进行音质或音量改善处理。
- 降噪滤波／高通／低通／EQ调整等降噪功能。
- 标准化、限制器、压缩器等响度调整。
- 调声过程中仅使用UTAU程序基本功能所能进行的加工。
- Flag（旗标）设置（但请避免过度使用g flag）。
- 修改oto或frq设置文件、别名等。
- 调整先行发声或重叠、辅音速度。
- 混音过程中不损失声库个性的加工。
※若第三方在比对混音结果与原始声库后无法辨别出两者为同一声音，即判定为「声库个性已丧失」。
- 无论用途为何，禁止以下加工：
- 改变原始WAV文件音色或音高的加工。
- 调声过程中需要UTAU程序未包含的独立插件、宏等的加工。
- 混音过程中导致声库个性明显丧失的加工。
- 无论文件是否经过修改，严格禁止对声库进行再分发：
- 若希望为提升原始声库质量而分发修改版的oto.ini或frq文件，请与「管理者」联系。
- 若有认识的人需要该声库，请告知其从官方网站下载。
- 若因系统错误无法从官方网站下载声库，请与「管理者」联系。
关于二次创作的制作与发布
- 使用「已发布声库」创作的二次创作作品（以下简称「作品」），完全允许以下内容：
- 对「作品」允许以下受限内容：
- 攻击与暴力行为：情节严重时须采取标注警告或限制未成年人访问等措施，禁止涉及仇恨言论或人身伤害等犯罪内容。
- 性行为：情节严重时须采取标注警告或限制未成年人访问等措施，禁止涉及引发性羞辱或性犯罪的表达内容。
- 对「作品」禁止以下直接或间接的表达：
- 与毒品制造、交易、吸食等相关的行为。
- 与赌博活动相关的行为。
- 明显违反《儿童青少年保护法》的行为。
- 其他明显侵犯他人权利的行为。
- 允许制作以下「作品」：
- 使用声库制作既有音乐的翻唱版本。
- 使用声库制作HANASU、语音聊天机器人等。
- 使用官方设定撰写小说等作品。
- 使用官方设定及角色图像制作插画、漫画、视频等作品。
- 使用「已发布声库」以外角色的二次创作，只要不损害官方设定，完全允许：
- 但若「作品」明显侵犯「管理者」或其他角色权利人的权利，可能会要求采取修改或删除发布内容等措施。
- 发布符合规则的「作品」时，须注明所使用的声库名称；若使用官方插画，还须注明插画作者。
- 对「作品」的发布地点及格式没有限制。
关于「已发布声库」的特殊用途
- 商业使用。
- 在将「已发布声库」用于商业用途前，须先通知「管理者」并获得许可。
- 「已发布声库」的商业使用仅限于「管理者」授权的事项。
- 完全禁止将「已发布声库」的官方插画用于商业用途。
- 宗教用途。
- 无论主要或非主要宗教，均禁止以可能被视为与特定宗教相关联的方式使用「已发布声库」。
- 但对于日常生活中常见的内容（如CCM、圣歌、亵渎表达等）或具有强烈梗图潜力的歌曲，存在有限的例外。
- 政治用途。
- 无论所涉主题内容为何，禁止任何可能使「已发布声库」看似采取特定政治立场的行为。
- 禁止使用「已发布声库」来拥护或诋毁任何政党，无论其规模或派系。
- 社会用途。
- 禁止使用「已发布声库」来拥护或诋毁任何特定社会组织，无论其规模或性质。
- 无论使用者意图为何，禁止任何可能被视为拥护或诋毁特定个人或群体的活动。
- AI用途。
- 未经「管理者」同意，完全禁止将「已发布声库」数据用于AI训练。
- 未经「管理者」同意，完全禁止使用现有的AI翻唱网站基于「已发布声库」生成翻唱作品。
- 衍生角色的创作。
其他
- 版权。
- 「已发布声库」的一般版权归「管理者」所有。
- 「已发布声库」官方插画的版权归创作该插画的画师所有。
- 完全禁止对「已发布声库」的原始WAV文件、官方插画、官方设定等进行盗用等侵犯版权的行为。
- 若发现侵权行为，请立即与「管理者」联系。
