YAI es un banco de voz disponible de manera oficial para el software de síntesis de voz "UTAU", siendo lanzado el 14 de Junio del año 2021.
Actualmente posee varios VBs (Bancos de Voz) exclusivamente para el idioma japonés, cuya voz fue proveída por 江齐; la producción e ilustración fue proveída por 黒テロ (KUROTERO), y el OTO.ini por 肺叶.

YAI es un perro adulto joven de color blanco, siendo un inmigrante ilegal. Debido a algunos cambios fisiológicos, Konjou YAI, como nadador, evitó ser visto durante una carrera, huyendo de su ciudad natal. Vagando como polizón, conoció a BINCON.
Su gratitud hacia BINCON se convirtió cada vez más en amor; BINCON aceptó a YAI y estableció una relación romántica con él.
Los cambios fisiológicos en YAI provocaron una rápida insuficiencia respiratoria, y aquel tiempo tan preciado entre ambos se desvaneció.

- Las creaciones de fans en general y los usuarios de fuentes de sonido pueden simplemente usar las imágenes y sus fuentes de sonido de acuerdo con sus propias ideas, ¡y pueden optar por no leer las siguientes engorrosas reglas!

Historia (Lore)
- Los personajes de BINCON y YAI no se limitan al trasfondo de la historia creado por Kurotero: cada uno puede crearlos según sus propias ideas. En otras palabras, el trasfondo creado por Kurotero se basa en BINCON y YAI dentro de su propia visión del mundo. Ilustración Oficial

En cuanto al uso de las ilustraciones oficiales para productos impresos de tipo vertical (tapices, etc.), no está permitido.
Respecto a las Creaciones Secundarias con Personajes
- Cuando se utiliza a BINCON y YAI para dibujos de fans, no se permite la difamación maliciosa de la imagen del personaje, ni se admite provocar controversia u otros comportamientos que dañen su imagen. No hay restricciones en cuanto a contenido R-18.
Uso Comercial
- Cuando se trate de utilizar las imágenes de BINCON y YAI para actividades comerciales (como la venta de bienes o mercancía en general), en principio debe notificarse a Kurotero con antelación, y solo puede llevarse a cabo después de obtener el permiso. Todas las actividades comerciales no informadas están prohibidas. Esto causaría una gran angustia; muchas gracias por su comprensión.

- BINCON and YAI's characters are not limited to the story background created by Kurotero — each person can create them according to their own ideas. As long as the creation isn't excessive and doesn't break the character, you may choose to create within Kurotero's worldview, or create entirely according to your own understanding of the character.
Redistribution
- BINCON and YAI's sound sources may not be redistributed in a completely original form. If the oto files are adjusted, or the dry sounds are repaired and modified, they may be redistributed as [modified/edited]. This does not require asking for permission at all; thank you very much.
Official Illustrations
- BINCON and YAI's official illustrations may be used freely in videos without asking for my opinion. Other applications besides videos include avatars, banner images, and emoticons. Using official artwork for printed vertical merchandise (tapestries, etc.) is not allowed (NG).
Regarding Secondary Creations with the Characters
- When using BINCON and YAI for fan art, malicious defamation of the character's image is not allowed, nor is provoking conflict or other behavior that damages their image. There are no restrictions on R-18 content.
Commercial Use
- When it comes to using BINCON and YAI's images for commercial activities (such as selling general merchandise), Kurotero must in principle be notified in advance, and it may only proceed after obtaining permission. リメイク・ファン創作について
設定（ロア）について
- BINCONとYAIのキャラクターは、黒テロが作った設定に縛られるものではなく、各自の考えに基づいて創作することができます。つまり、黒テロが作った設定は、黒テロ自身の世界観におけるBINCONとYAIに基づいたものです。創作が過度にならず、キャラクターが崩壊しない限り、黒テロの世界観に沿って創作することも、自分自身のキャラクター理解に基づいて完全に創作することも自由です。
再配布について
- BINCONとYAIの音源を完全にオリジナルのまま再配布することはできません。otoファイルを調整したり、乾燥音（ドライ音）を修正・加工したりした場合は、【改変版】として再配布することができます。これについては一切許可を取る必要はありません。ありがとうございます。
公式イラストについて
- BINCONとYAIの公式イラストは、私の意見を伺うことなく動画内で自由に使用して構いません。動画以外の用途としては、アイコン、横長画像、スタンプなどが含まれます。公式絵を用いた縦長印刷物（タペストリー等）のグッズ化はNGです。
キャラクターを使った二次創作について
- BINCONとYAIを用いてファンアートを描く際、キャラクターイメージへの悪意ある中傷や、炎上を誘発するような行為、その他イメージを損なう行為は認められません。R-18コンテンツについては制限を設けていません。
商用利用について

- BINCON与YAI的音源不得以完全原始的形式再分发。若调整了oto文件，或对干音进行了修复与加工，则可以以【修改版】的形式再分发。这一点完全无需征得本人许可，非常感谢。
关于官方插画
